Social and technological innovation program that, through a collaborative model with a differential focus, seeks to generate skills and abilities, connections and acquisition of resources, that allow this population to achieve sustainable socio-economic insertion; at the same time that it implements strategies for linking the local population to these programs on an equal footing with migrants, with the purpose of reducing xenophobia in host communities.
In this sense, it seeks to design and implement strategies based on the understanding of the dynamics and context of the migratory phenomenon, which articulate different institutional and civil actors with the aim of solving the needs and improving the quality of life of these populations, recognizing the integrality of the Human Being.
