Economic empowerment of older adults and innovation in business models related to the care economy.
The older adult population is a source of knowledge, experience, and skills that we must take advantage of; they are also an interesting market with investment capacity and specific needs with accelerated growth in Latin America. In this sense, we have proposed to focus the program on two strategic lines:
- Economic mobility line: We link senior professionals, over 50 years old, to convert their experience and knowledge into new job or entrepreneurship opportunities. We strengthen their intellectual and professional capacities to extend their working and professional life.
- Wellness line: We formalize dependencies to implement innovative and job-generating business models, focused on the growing demand for care and demographic transformation services aimed at older adults.
