Program details

Sustainable Artisanal Food with a Philosophy of Origin. A program that seeks a Just Rural Transition.

It is based on the integration of urban and rural populations in the different links of the value chain of the agri-food sector. It strengthens family and community production systems, articulating them with a marketing platform and an urban transformation network, in order to distribute equitably the income from the sale of value-added artisanal food products.

This program starts with the identification and strengthening of small production units, with the aim of increasing their market potential, transferring conservation techniques that aim at the development of products with a philosophy of origin and that promote cultural identity in the territory. The project also contemplates defining minimum quality standards for production, logistics and storage processes, in order to minimize food losses and waste in the territories.
